Dual celebration – Hundreds of guests honoring Governor Harry Roe Hughes at the dedication of the I-95 Southbound Welcome Center in his name on Monday, January 7, 2008 were greeted by a sign reminding them that this year marks the 100th Anniversary of the founding of the State Roads Commission as well.
