Members of the media, law enforcement and passersby gather in front of the Medical Examiner’s office for the Choose Safety for Life (CSFL) Kickoff. The CSFL campaign stresses the preventability of most traffic incidents and it charges drivers, pedestrians and cyclists with making the right decisions to reduce traffic fatalities.
